Here is a blog about our Shasta Compact 1972 restoration. A friend of ours says that this trailer went into the shop as an old hag and came out looking like Gina Lollobrigida! He's not far from the truth.

Oh I love it so much! Especially the creamy white exterior! I think that is what I want to do on mine too! LOL Whenever I get to that point... haha

OMG your blog is amazing ... didn't get a chance to read the whole thing but I plan on it! Did you have a pattern for your awning? The guy I bought my Forester for thinks the awning might be at someone's house but I'm not holding out hope that he can find it so will probably have to make my own (like you, I can't afford to buy one). I think yours is great and you're living my dream life! Not sure hubby and I could handle traveling together in a compact ... might just have to keep the loflyte for that venture.
