Kel-
I fixed your link in the above post. Also, if you could... please don't start a new thread for a blog update. Just reply to your original thread with the update. I just don't want 20 threads for each user every time they update their blogs.
Thanks. Brian

We just returned from a 10 day camping trip to Western Michigan. I posted some pictures on my blog. We had a awesome lakefront site that was just gorgeous!

I'm working on my blog and making some changes to it including a new name and URL. I've also changed the header graphic and added some link tabs. One has vintage accessories for sale for anyone looking for that must have vintage item for their trailer (: I'll add more items as I can. Let me know what you think of the blog so far. It's a work in progress. www.littlevintagetrailer.com

I'm working on several projects this weekend since we aren't going camping. Just finished adding stationary shelves to the closet for more storage. Take a peek if you like: www.littlevintagetrailer.com Ok, break is over...on to the next project...re-inforcing the canvas bunk, repurpose and repaint a metal waste basket and then work on a window planter.

I've added a tutorial with photos on adding a cute window flower box on my blog; www.littlevintagetrailer.comP.S. Brian, it would be really neat if we could have a section here on the forum dedicated to a variety of how to's and tutorials. Would be much easier than re-posting and overlapping previous blog info post. Because this is posted on my blog I didn't think you'd want it posted in one of the other sections. Maybe you'd consider it?

P.S. The problem with dumping all tutorials in one section is they won't be in the section that they are associated with. If I write a tutorial on making an awning it would be in that section. If someone is looking for awning information they wouldn't look in the tutorial section. They would look in the awning section. Most people don't read every post like I do so they wouldn't know there is an awning tutorial in a different section. It is best to have each tutorial in it's appropriate section rather than dumped in one section. You are right. I would rather people don't spam the boards. So you can chose to make a update in your blog thread or create a new thread in the appropriate section with whatever you did a blog post about. BUT... the board doesn't need a blog update AND a thread about what someone posted on their blog. That would be spam. I personally choose to not announce a blog update in my blog thread. I just post whatever I posted on my blog (like my window restoration posts) in a thread in the section that it belongs here on the VSTF. Brian

Ok, that would be easier to put whatever the tutorial is into the appropriate category than posting to an existing blog post and having to change the subject line each time a new tutorial is added. Makes sense. Thanks!
