Wheel Bearings: What am I looking at?

I have yet to pull my wheels off the loflyte but Im just wondering what exactly am I looking for once I get the hubs off. How do I know if they are good or not? We will be taking a 6 hour road trip and I want to make sure the Shasta isnt going to self destruct. Any info or pics you may have may make this less stressing for me. Thanks

If you watch these videos they will give you a decent idea of what to look for. They are not the end all be all of hub repair or maintenance but it is a fine starting point...
