I Need new tail lights what should I get.

I have a 1968 Shasta 1500 and on it is mounted to the bumper is regular trailer lights. I need tail lights that are flush mounted without a 4" hole cut into the rear skin. On the camper now where the lights use to be is a small hole the size of a quarter where the wires use to come from. Any thoughts guys.

They're flush mount and they have three wires - running/brake & turn/ground. Can't remember who I got them from, but they weren't very expensive, maybe $10 apiece.
