Yes. It can be pretty itchy when you handle it. I wear a mask....long sleeves, gloves and goggles as I get irritations where it touches my skin. Most folks aren't quite that sensitive. You'll probably notice how thin the original fiberglass is and most don't have a vapor barrier.

Crappy, crappy insulation. 1/2" in the middle between frames, and squished flat between wood and aluminum. It also holds water like a sponge. I'm loving the 1 1/2" Tuff-R.

Fiberglass insulation causes me to choke and cough. HATE it...
My 56 Aljo had the vapor barrier and no insulation. I'll be using foam sheets and foil bubble wrap on this one.
