Has anyone used SeaTech plumbing fittings? Pros & Cons?

I've used something very similar, push to connect. They are very handy when using Pex. I use 3/8 poly tubing in most of my trailers (it fits the barbs on pump) and find Flare-it fittings work well with that.
As long as you use a water regulator (45 psi), I see no reason not to use SeaTech, other than cost. They do take a little more space than your average fitting. Take some pictures!

I live in the mountains on NC and sometimes the winters are super cold and long. We had an Avion some years back and even though I would drain and blow out the lines, there were always one or two burst copper lines. The reason I was looking at the SeaTech fittings, they can be disconnected and reconnected over and over, if a piece of line would ever need to be replaced.
This part of the project will be a few months away. Just trying to research the plumbing now.

Freezing cold, brrr. Run some pink stuff thru the lines; it's s'posed to be good down to -50 degrees....
