We just picked up our 1960 camper on Saturday. At some point in its past, the back window was removed and covered. We'd like to reinstall it. Where do we go for the window frame itself please?

I think you need an older Hehr window that opens out and is held by a little bar. The size can be bigger, but not smaller than your hole, obviously. These windows are all one piece and install with screws along the top flange and 6 under the rubber back frame gasket. By one piece, I mean the frame and window are attached together. You have to have the whole thing... You could also install a fixed window. They are a little easier to find in the correct size. Attachments:

I considered checking on this one as well, it was in Missouri right? I am in Arkansas, I hope you got his price down a bit.
as for the window frame, watch ebay, craigslist, and the occasional person parting out a camper here. and selling parts. did you check the "shasta parts for sale" area here? there might be one there.
