I would like to add to your Year, VIN Number and Model to the database. This really comes in handy for helping others date their Shasta's.
Those of you who would like to share your info, you can either post it here or PM me with the info.
I am only looking for the Year, VIN# and the Model of your Shasta.
I really appreciate your help with this and thank you very much.

1957 Model 1500 C7866 and 1969 Compact P15622 lamacki1, Are you sure that your Compact is a 1969? The VIN's that I have show that your Compact should be 1968.

Got all of your info entered and based on the VIN's that I have, yours would fall into a 1960 Airflyte.

A01P006201, 22.5' Loflyte, I believe. Mine was registered as a '73, but the PO thought it was a '76 (it's at least a '74 'cause I found a '74 quarter inside the back wall).

Thanks, Howard.
I've got your VIN listed as a 74'. Hopefully I will get some more VIN's for comparison.

As of now, based on the VIN info that I have, 1969 is probably correct.
This is what I have, so far:

Sold to me as a 69 but Maine does not issue titles for trailers so small so it very well could be a 68. Maybe I will find the year during the restore. Unfortunately I had it titled as a 69.

I don't think mine is a '74. The pics of all the '74s I have seen have had two different colors in their stripes, like brown above red. The only ones I've seen with the two-tone orange on mine have been '75s and '76s (assuming the people posting the pics knew for sure what year they had, of course). Some '76s and 77s had a different stripe shape, where one stripe curved into the other. Maybe because '76 was when Coachman bought Shasta, some '76s were the old two parallel stripes and some were the swoopy stripes... But I think you're right about it being a 2250, not a LoFlyte. I found a list of '76 models and they didn't have any named models. I still haven't found any pics that show the same floor plan as mine. God what a confusing mess.

And to those of you who haven't, PLEASE, when you have a few minutes, post your Shasta's info so I can log it in.

I am trying to figure out what my son's shasta is. It is 13.7x6.8. It has been totally gutted. He found these numbers on the tongue: 2823931,537203,353720 and said he thinks there maybe an A. I had thought it to be a starflyte but see the specs are longer for that model. Any help would be great as he is about ready to start rebuilding. Good thing is there is absolutely no leaks and appears to never had been. Any help would be great. Hoping the attachment works after resizing. Attachments:

Is he sure it is a Shasta? Have any pictures of the sides and back? Also, the VIN is very odd. It has way too many numbers.
