So Ive seen people do this at some of the vintage trailer and teardrop trailer events I've been to but never thought much about it until this afternoon while working on my Shasta. Any ideas or suggestions as to how this is done? You all know what I'm talking about right? While you're parked you can turn your exterior lights on at night for that oh so cool decorative effect. I think it may be very cool with my Christmas lights.

Sounds like your talking about wiring up your running lights.
You can buy a tow vehicle side of the plug on the tongue. Wire it with a fuse to a 12v power source and put a switch on it. Its not too hard if your familiar with 12v wiring.
I forgot who it was, maybe Tyler put led lights under the four corners of their trailer. It makes set up in the dark a breeze. I took the cheap route and bought led white Christmas lights at a Home Depot on 12/26 for half price and ran them all the way around underneath concealed from view.
It makes it look like and alien space ship at night but it is not to bright and the bugs aren't as attached to leds. I'll try to remember to take a picture tonight and post it.
