Sweet, I am still hoping to make this, but I have so much left to do to my camper, and money is tight and the weather is Cold, but we will see where I get to. I blew a chunk of my funds on a couple of guns I wanted to get before they are all banned, along with some magazines and ammo. Even if its not done come anyway, if its roadworthy its ready. If you make I'll be sure to call before I knock on the door. Hope you can make it!

Dang, We want to come to this one real bad too but, the weekend before we`ll be driving 19hrs one way to pick up a 1500 in Arizona and returning mid week. Comitting to this weekend would mean doing a drive through at the house, to switch campers and then continuing on another 5.5hrs.

Would you allow a cutter? LOL. If they allow us birch painters, they will let ANYONE come!

Thank you! Are you in B5 or B6? Last time I called B6 was not available so I didn't hold it for the group, but you may have already had it.

I just asked for a site with full hook ups, because we wanted to have a sewer connection. Was there a special price per night rate for being on one of the Shasta group sites? B6 is just what we were given. I didn't want to take a Shasta spot, since we are in the '68 Avion. Looking forward to seeing you all again.

No special rate, just the fish fry and use of the pavilion for free. Thank you for grabbing that spot. It wasn't available before. Your welcome in any spot. We have a few of all kinds of travel trailers since the Tin Can Tourists are joining us. I think Kim Hoke also has an Avion. Glad you can make it!

Only 6 spots left.
Please review the list and let me know if there are more people in your party. I don't need all the names just a total head count for the Fish Fry on Thursday evening. I'm also working on a possible sponsor for either a meal or Cornhole prizes.
As of right now. Other than Thurday nights main courrse you are responsible for your own food. Anyone interested in contributing a small amount towards a continental breakfast for Saturday so you don't have to cook before the trailer tour?

We are still trying to figere out how to do AZ and the gathering. Our daughter chose to go to school in AZ and she graduates on the 9th. Bo is gonna check if his job can switch the dates around to allow us to arrive in AZ early and leave right after Desi`s graduation.

We can contribute to the continental breakfast. Like madonnak, do you want money or a food contribution?

This was a suggestion from someone from the TCT group and not having to cook and clean the morning of the tour sounds good to me.
Selfishly, because it would be easier for me, I'd would prefer people just contribute some sort of snack, if people pitch in money I would have to go get stuff and haul it all. Is that bad?
This has grown so fast to 20 sites reserved and 6 more held for us. I feel like I will be busier than I hoped. I just don't want folks to be disappointed.

We are just looking forward to meeting everyone and enjoying the area. We do not need constant entertainment. :-) Laid back is good with us.

Becinala`s camper is sitting on blocks about 2.5ft in the air. I spoke to Becky about an hr ago and the water didn`t rise enough today to wet Skeeter again. Becky hasn`t had the heart or time to take a look inside her but I`m hoping that the damage will only be cosmetic. So I suggested that she use her through the Spring and Summer.Come late Summer, early Fall, we`ll help Becky get her back to former self.

I just love how this has grown! I understand your fears Kto17 but from all my (2 ;D) rally experiences I've come to realize that people will make their own entertainment with or without plans. None of us will be disappointed because we're all there to camp and see other cool trailers...the rest is just the icing on the cake. So sit back, relax and enjoy the rally you started...the rest will take care of itself.
I thought a repost of the what the loose schedule is would be a good idea...
Thursday Dinner - Fish Fry - bring side dishes Thursday Evening - Early Bird Social (adult beverages) Friday Morning - Pajama parade Friday Afternoon - Cornhole Tournament Friday Dinner - Meet and Greet, Wings and weiners for dinner. Saturday morning- breakfast? Saturday mid morning - Tour de Trailers Saturday day - Big Green Egg Feast at the Fairgrounds for those interested Saturday Dinner - Pot Luck Sunday morning - Good Bye Brunch

They eventually call back. Daughter of the owner returned the call to me. Just a heads up: Thought the price was 30 but she said it is 32 due to increased cost of utilities.

Doug: don't worry about doing too much, like Harrison429 said, we all seem to find more things do than time allows. I like it better when not too many things are planned.
We will contribute in any way you want. You need to be able to relax and enjoy also. Let us know what you need help with and Harrison429 and Offspringin will do it ;D LOL. I mean 65Callie.

Thank you guys! I feel better already. I'm sure offspring will help too! Bo and Susan, they sometimes take a day or two to get back to you, and they were hit hard by the recent storms. I was up that way today for work (with the local power co) and they said that the river rose so high that the lower part of the campground along the river was evacuated. I'm going to call soon to double check my list of the spaces people have booked against theirs. I will discuss price with them and see if they will honor the $30/night our group was quoted. I will also check about any more sites that can be held. We will have 4 after they return calls (by my list) and that doesn't include the maybes that are working like crazy to finish their campers.

I'm just glad i'm not the one planning this one , come to think of it little mrs 65callie should be the next rally planner.... seeing as she hasn't done one yet! And don't tell me California ..... I am glad that this grew into a larger rally though, looking forward to it and the green egg festival
