Hey everyone....I am a newbie to the Shasta addiction. My 63 is going to the electrician next week, and I am looking for sites, blogs etc, where I can send him if he gets in a jam. I'm looking to use LED, propane, and a generator .Any info would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks in advance ...~DD www.bitchwithahitch.blogspot.com/

Hi there! Welcome to the Forum. Looks like you have a great trailer to work with and I love the paint design you are planning.
I've looked at your blog and it looks like you sure have a project on your hands. And I actually think you are a ways off from electrical. Looks like you have a bunch of demolition and reframing to do. That's the best time to get the electrical upgraded is when the paneling is off.
Beyond that what you've provided isn't enough to go on re your electrical needs.
Propane will be for your stove and potentially fridge and maybe a gas light and heater if you have one.
As far as power. Will you be plugging in all the time to regular 110/120 ac current or will you also be dry camping (without power) and want to run on 12v for lights using a battery to store power..... Are you planning to keep that Air Conditioning unit? Do you want to be able to charge the battery while you are driving? Do you want to get a solar panel and trickle charge the battery when you are boondocked. What will you be using power for. I would simply refer him to the electrical section of this forum....he'll be able to find what he needs. If he is an electrician he should be able to figure it out....it's actually pretty straight forward.
