Sold, for $2050. (Gee whiz - I didn't mean to "like" my own post! The button's too darned close to the "edit" one!!) My first-ever Shasta sale! (Yes, I suppose I am "flipping" - but I hope, not "flopping." Am selling so I can afford to restore our other Shasta and take her camping this fall...) We're located in south-central Indiana, near Bloomington. I won't repeat everything I wrote in the eBay listing, but it's a pretty decent unrestored trailer, mostly original, and I think all the critical repairs have been done. I've tried to be completely honest and use the knowledge I've gleaned from all the good folks at VSTF. If someone wants a trailer to camp in this spring with little or no work, this would be a good candidate. There are definitely things you'd want to fix eventually, but could take your time about it, and use it in the meanwhile. Here's the link, the auction ends at 9:30 EST Sunday, May 5th : cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=190832223536 . I'll add some photos here, but there are a lot more with the listing. Please let me know if you have questions, comments, or suggestions, thanks!

I finally figured out how to add photos to this new format! Here are some more pix: The PO replaced the skylight and cut out the rotted framing, put in new wood BUT never finished it off. The skylight is really nice! He also repaired the front window (same thing, left it unfinished but reframed to good wood), I put in a backsplash but don't know if I'm happy with it or not. It could be changed pretty easily. Stove looks great. All the screens are good, all the windows work and are excellent. Ugly bump on the back! But the inside setup is unique (here's an interior shot of it): About as unobtrusive as a window air conditioner can be! I made a set of custom linen curtains, in mint green, and replaced all the curtain rods and hardware... One last pic; but there's lots more with the eBay listing! :-)

Reserve has been met!! So it will definitely sell - high bidder wins.
Seems all the photos disappeared with the forum change, I tried to upload replacements but keep getting the message that the forum has exceeded its attachment quota. Hope that will change soon; in the meanwhile, if you're interested you can check out the eBay listing. I do hope all the archived photos of trailers haven't been lost, they are such a great database to check out various models and the damage/repairs that we'll all encounter eventually in the older models. Somebody fix it - please!

That would be terrible if all the old photos are lost. Congrats on meeting of the reserve; hope it climbs a bit more for ya!

Good luck with the sale. You have portrayed it with accuracy and honesty, so in Vikx' inimitable words, "Definitely not a flopper!"
