Hard to tell without additional interior pictures. Absolutely NOT 1952. The rear side windows are jalousies, so probably at least a '60. The entire rear needs replacing both above and below the window, and we assume it's indicative of the condition of the rest of the trailer. The interior hasn't been well cared-for. Several of the visible door and drawer fronts will need replacing. The good news is that the appliances and wings are there and most of the skin is decent. Probably needs a frame-up, but again it's hard to tell. We'd not go more than $1000.
