Ooo boy, if that thing it steel, I'd pass. Looks very rusty... and heavy. Cute, early 50s but lotsa rotsa. I'm guessing a full frame up. You'd never be able to strip all that PAINT on the inside...
Did your mom go look? More info might help.

Not sure. Don't think she'd tow it much, it's probably be more guest house status. Haven't seen it yet, going to check it out in a few days.
I think she likes it because it looks rusty!

It's probably not a bad thing it's painted, she's far from a purist, she likes painting things outrageously anyways. Haha! I just need to make sure it's safe to tow home, then out to her place in AZ
