Yes that's the one on all the awning windows.(but not on fixed windows or jalousies) But I don't think it's for the baggage door....at least not no mine. There I used some door stop insulation (not the right term) between door and frame.

early 60's used that for the baggage doors also, FYI you'll need a tube of black RTV silicone to apply it to the frame.
