My old Shasta Friendship 15 has been sitting far too long and is suffering as a result...needs a good home...this would be, at this point a total restoration project for someone interested...and I am very flexible.

Well...perhaps I posted too soon...realized I gave my nephew all the paperwork as he was anticipating taking it on as a project and then got a great job in Tulsa and left without the Shasta, but with the paperwork. Price is not an issue...a good home that will restore/respect/enjoy the project and process is all it is about for me. I have asked my nephew to return all the paperwork and then I will be able to answer the obvious questions more intelligently. It has been sitting a very long time since it was road worthy and in use...and the elements have not be kind to it...I do remember everything working except the original refrigerator, which I tossed and replaced with a small electric unit. The AC worked last time it was used (2001) and the gas system also. Can't remember if it is a late 70's or 80's model without looking at the docs. For the right person, it could even be free to a good home...it may take a week or so to get the paperwork back...it is white with orange trim and when I bought it and fixed it up everything was operational, but hey...that was years and years ago. That is all I can provide at the moment...if you are interested in this project, we can discuss the opportunity more...perhaps when I get everything back from my nephew...

As I remember, the Friendship trailer is a nice little unit, not too bulky and had some nice features to it. I have considered it as an option as I have searched around for one for my daughter and son-in-law to take camping, which is a rare opportunity at the moment. The size and ease of towing as well as the features made it attractive. I'd be interested in knowing what you are thinking is a reasonable offer on it, as I hate the idea of opening the bidding...I don't like to insult anyone and especially when there are personal memories involved, like so many campers come equipped with... I am in NYS and would have to consider the transportation logistics as well...
