Parting out a 1959 Shasta Airflyte. The following parts are salvageable: dinette seats original but need reupholstering; rear window in good condition but will need new seals; front window, left and center glass will need to be replaced and also new seals; ice box (brown) seems to be in good shape; Princess stove. May have some useable other parts as I strip it out such as brackets for upper bunk, curtain rods and brackets, rear shelf front shelf/cupboard, Hehr ceiling vent. NO WINGS! Located in Tucson, Az. Call me for prices or questions @520-275-6588 Thanks, Gary AKA azshastanut

Would love to score that icebox, and the rear window if not too much. Shipping across the country may be a bit stiff though.

Just FYI, I had bench seats shipped from CA to TX and ended up having them shipped via greyhound package, ended up a bit better than 1/2 the price of ups and the exact same time frame. So for shipping might want to check their rates. My bench seats and a table top weighed right at 85# and cost 78.00. They say must be packaged but these were just wrapped up in plastic(they needed redone so wasn't concerned of any damage).

Good tip Lovin. Does greyhound ship to your home or does it have to be picked up at a depot?

Well online it says if you have an acct. they will pick up and deliver. I tried to register for acct. and never heard back. When I called about delivery they said they do not deliver to individuals, so guess you need a business to have onsite delivery. I had someone take them to the local greyhound station and then I had to pick them up in San Antonio. But I didn't mind for the price difference.

azshastanut,
Do you have the original battery powered ceiling light that went over the back bunk area? I am interested in that and also if you have the original table. Thanks

I'm thinking this guy won't be back here and is expecting everyone to call. If that's the case that he only wants to deal by phone (which I can understand) why not just post on craigslist? It gets expensive phone calling all over the continent, especially international, so I won't. Has anyone spoke to the OP?
