Not our favorite model, but it sounds like he did it right, and for that, $4500 is a pretty good price.

That may be the buy of the day. It looks super clean, he hit the right marks (resealing the window putty, etc.) and that is a fine-looking awning. Usually when you find these for sale, they have been parked in the woods and used for hunting, rode hard and put away wet. This is a pleasant look at what they are supposed to look like.

So, folks, if you are looking for a vintage trailer WITH A BATHROOM in good condition that just needs your personal touch, this IS the buy of the day. The awning alone is worth the $500. And those harvest gold appliances are way cool.
