If the trailer was truly "restored" and not just "refurbished" then it probably wouldn't be out of line. But restoration would include removing all the windows and edging, and resealing with butyl tape. As well as replacing any wood rot inside the walls. Maybe they did all that - but if they didn't mention it in the listing, it seems doubtful. And... Are those peel-and-stick tiles on the floor? They seem to be unpealing themselves! (Not very a-PEEL-ing, for a trailer in that price bracket!)
I think this is in the ball park if it's truly solid. There are no pics of the skylight or windows around the front gaucho. Personally I'm skeptical about a fifty year old trailer without water damage in these areas. Bottom line, for that kind of money it needs a thorough inspection. It does't have the original curtain hardware or curtains for that matter...could be because of water stains. Definitely needs to be checked out.
