I believe the tongue of your trailer has a four bolt mounting on it. I going out on a limb by saying that most replacement trailer jacks are three bolt. This is the one I went with but I put on a new tongue while building my new frame. www.etrailer.com/Trailer-Jack/Atwood/273400.htmlDennis

not to bring this one back to life BUT.... im trying to find a replacement jack as well. Ours is failing slowly. I bought one from Northern Tools this weekend but it was far to large. The problem is not the 3 bolt pattern, or the top side hitch hole diameter, but the plate under the hitch is cut at the same size as the old jack. (new jack to large)
Is there anyone that sells 1K jacks that measure the same as the old ones?
I thought about going to a bolt on but just feel like that kinda kills the look of the front end.
Dont want to go as afar as to put and entire new hitch on the front.
anybody got any thoughts? need a jack that has a diameter of about 1.89 under the bolt plate to fit.

I had to get a 3 hole replacement for mine which required drilling an additional hole. Works fine, will take up to 1000 lbs tongue weight (way more than enough)

The threads in my 67 loflyte tongue jack picked Grant camp ground in yellowstone to finally wear out so ive been using the scissor jack from the truck since then. Kind of been looking for one but might not replace it till or if we decide to sell our little love shack with wings.

i ended up getting a 5K one from northern tools, side crank, our hitch was already set up for 3 hole mount, direct replacement. ended up cutting the bottom ring of the hitch bigger to fit the new jack. Much better, also bought the attachment caster and sand plate. caster is great, compact is so light you can roll it around driveway etc

How did you cut the bottom hole? We are having a bear of a time finding a replacement to fit the diameter hole we have. I believe it is approx. 1.88

I replaced my hitch and my jack, with a 2k pounder. Works great, and it's so much more secure with a new style coupler.

My 62' compact is missing the front hitch jack.Does anyone have a place to get a good fitting replacement.I thought i might try tractor supply ? Any of your local RV centers/dealers with a parts section has them that will fit, slip in, bolt up in less than 5 min., less than $60 including tax depending on your area of country, part #94-8727. Tractor supply or Farm & Fleet etc and the like, the ones they carry, the OD of the outer jack tube is too big to fit.

Thanks for the help. We had actually checked several places here and online and did eventually have some body work guys make the hole larger. I was trying to find the 1000# jack. On the next camper I will know where to look. : ) thanks. Teresa
