Haven't had time to work on the Shasta but still plan on coming. Can't wait to see all the campers and meet everyone. Still needed before I leave... * tags * tires * working lights Not off til Friday. Not sure when I will accomplish this. LOL Harbor Freight has cheap magnetic mount towing lights. If that helps.

Thanks kto17. I picked up my tags yesterday and dropped the camper of at a local RV repair shop today to get the lights going and to check the gas lines. Don't want to blow up the kitchen. LOL If I get the Shasta back in time I will get tires.

Site 98 just became available due to illness. I believe you can no longer reserve on line at this late date, so call the office if you are interested in this site. Site 112 is now also available.

We're here! Attention: Sites 93 and 94 - you will probably want to park your car and trailer in the 96 - 101 loop area first and walk your site. There's a wide area next to site 93, but it wasn't big enough for me to turn around in. I had to back in from the 96 - 101 loop. Also, it's kind of hard to see the road because of the leaves and pine needles. See you soon.

Thanks for the heads up! We have #94. Was gonna come tonight but decided we didn't want to set up in the rain (psst - the real reason is because husband wants to watch Big Bang and season opener of Bones and didn't know if antenna would work at McKinney). Will see you in the morning!

Can bring one, I can't play... Electric or Acoustic?

He can't play much either. Doesn't keep him from having 3 or 4 around all the time. He's going to bring an acoustic maybe someone can show him something.

It was great to meet everybody and check out all the vintage Shastas. Saturday evening pot-luck was such a good meal that we didn't even hear the trains that night! We'll be looking forward to getting together again.

Wow, what an awesome weekend! I’m delighted to have met all the wonderful forum members and finally put faces to names, uh, forum names, well maybe. The turnout was great as was the weekend but it ended too quickly and so I can’t wait until we all can meet up again. Thanks to all of those who took pictures…I know we’re all anxious to see them. From what started with my desire just to go camping and such little initial response to the post for a gathering it sure turned out to be a very successful gathering; I may claim it as my rally after all…hahaha. Thanks to everyone I had an amazing (secret) birthday. ;D Robin Attachments:

PS...A particular thanks to my instant friend offspringin and all the laughs he provided me, even if they were at my own expense! ;D I was totally outmaneuvered and clearly in over my head but I sure had lots of fun drowning. Thanks Ken

Well, we sure enjoyed it, even the trains at 2,3,4,5, a.m. What a great group of people, looking foward to a "spring fling".

It was so nice to meet each family and get to know you all.We had a fun filled weekend. I know I caught many of you before you had a chance to get totally set up, but I had too many places to go and things to see! Attachments:
