Anybody have a picture of the rear wooden curves as they installed it on there camper? I looked at almost all the blogs but I didn't see any good shoots showing the corners up close? I made a template out of cardboard using the side wall sheet and then cut out a solid 1x for the corner bd., but the rear alum. skin doesn't fit tight and have a nice curve? I see were some people add wood strips to fur out the curve? My corners were totally gone and I didn't have a good pattern? Thanks in advance!
Any drawings out there?

I used the side skin as a template and traced it. I used several 1x6's cut the curve with a jigsaw and joined the pieces together with the kreg jig at the joints. I don't have drawings, sorry.
Other folks bend layers of 1/8-1/4 plywood strips laminated together with gorilla glue to make the curve after framing it with 1x2s.
This was one of the most difficult parts of the rebuild.
There are some pics on my rebuild thread and blog

I have a 69 compact and this is how I made my corners. The 69 is not rounded but is curved. My corners were good enough to make a pattern off of but not to re-use. I used 2 pieces of 3/8 plywood and glued and screwed them together to give me 3/4" total. I made the inner board 3/4 shorter from front to back to leave me an recessed area to install the rear cross boards in. Attachments:
