1970 compact is 7" tall by about 27" long, 1.5" thick, full metal on both sides (not just the rear triangle on the backside like some years have)

From photo's I've seen, I believe the wings for all the compacts from the late 60's through the early 70's were the same since the boxy shape of the compacts were the same for these year models. Usually the wing size changed with body style and overall size of trailer.
