Nice job on the restore! I like the kick plate. That new Bargman sure does help. I need to find one of those.

When you say new door, do you mean that it was a built from scratch door or a restore? Just curious as mine is in such rough shape that I may build a new one and any pointers would be appreciated.

Frank, It was a restore using only the metal skin. Everything else was in bad shape. I took down all of the measurements and will post them later tonight when possible. Rick

Hey Montana Blue I know this is now a very old post but am hoping you still look at the board from time to time....what did you do to rebuild the trim pieces on your door. The trim on my lock side is shot on the bottom in both the vertical and horizontal direction. At this point I'm figuring I'll take it to a local sheet metal shop to have them fabricated.
