well after removing over an inch of silicone off the top o the window this is what I found, not sure if the factory window dropped down some over 50 years, or is someone down the road replaced the window and cut the glass a bit to short, I could adjust it up a bit, but it may drop back down to the screws on the bottom, so I am trying to find some one open today that can cut me some glass.

Sounds like you need to replace the framing around the window. The glass should not be resting on the screws. The screws should be into the framing and the glass rests on top of that framing. Found the same problem on both my trailers. I had to re-frame the windows and install new paneling under the windows because of all the rot.

my framing is in super good shape, I replaced the bottom piece under the window, that was the only piece that showed bad signs of rot, maybe it slid past that piece then they just siliconed it.
