Just wondering if it comes out nice. Thinking of encasing my wings with it. Do you seal it with a clear spray after to hold up to weather elements ?

Clarify for me, please, Kel, what kind of tape this is. It's not the roll of aluminum tape that costs about $12, is it??? That's the only kind I have and have seen, but it seems like it would wrinkle a lot.

It's like this stuff: www.google.com/products/catalog?q=aluminum+tape&hl=en&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_qf.&biw=1280&bih=905&wrapid=tlif134387426929510&um=1&ie=UTF-8&tbm=shop&cid=18001265940228879997&sa=X&ei=AOUZUK-8FcWsrQGikoDIAQ&ved=0CGoQ8wIwADgK Yes, the shop put it on after the paint shop did the paint job. I asked them about the application of the tape and it sounded like it's not hard to put on you just have to smooth it with a flat edged plastic...oh shoot what am I trying to say. Oh like a 2 inch spackle thingy. Anyway, smooth it slowly as you apply it to avoid bubbles. If you get bubbles just poke them with a needle and smooth out with your finger.

Thanks for the info, if it ever gets cool enough to go outside, I might get to it!

Thanks Kel for the info.. and it says all weather.. so I prob. don't have to seal it. I will give this stuff a go on my wings.. Just on the outside border.. the worse that could happen is that I would have to remove it.. no biggy.
Thanks again for the info.. I LOVE THIS FORUM
