Hi , I just bought a little Shasta about 12 ft. long with Wings The outside is pretty good shape I havent seen in it yet it's full of Christmas decor. but the VIN number is 11774 and I dont know the year ? It even has WWW tires on it buried in the ground ! I want to restore it to go with a 1958 Edsel Ranger . I'm hoping it's around a 1958 model . It was taged last in 1984 .

Sounds like you have a Compact. Can't really give you year, based on the VIN#. There should be a Letter in front of the VIN, either a V, S, P, C, D. E. F. G or W. Once I have the Letter, I can tell you when your Shasta was built.

Am really wanting to see the inside of the little shasta It,s org. white with the z strip down the side and has slated crank windows back window has a piece of tin covering it under the shade ,He said kids threw a rock thru it . Thanks Mitchell. I got it logged in as V11444. You have a 1962 Compact. When you get it home, post a few pictures. We would love to see it.
