Hi experts!
I have a question...did Shasta's have the neat large Shasta emblem on both sides of the trailer originally? I have a '63 1500...
Thanks!
Brenda "Ellie Mae" the '63

I think some has the metal chromed emblem on the curb side, and a sticker emblem on the street side.

Ours never had a metal emblem, just the sticker style. Both sides, front and back.

I am not sure but believe the early model Compacts were the only models that did not sport the pot-metal chrome emblem. Most models had that on the door-side, and the stickers on front and rear. The later-60's Compacts had the chrome emblem and the sticker front and rear also.

Mine didn't come with any emblems (1956) but I just found this while googling. Check this out....just found this on a google search...not bad for $35--but the shipping is another $25-- enough to make me think about it some more before hitting the buy button www.tompatterson.com/Logos/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=25&products_id=34I bought the decals from the guy in Maryland, they look nice and the price was right.

mountainkimmies KD (73 16SC) Had black plastic molded emblems on both sides, same shape and size as older metal ones.
