Great view and crystal clear!

Okay, not really and it gets cold at night for sure. Previous owner put AC in but I don't want it there. Looks like the frame is still there but all window hardware is gone. Gone is the crank mechanism and gone are the side mechanism for the glass panels. Looks to be 28.5 X 14.5 inches. Can anyone help me?
