Hi All,
I was wondering what you use for screen door latches. Both holding it to the door, and holding it closed when the door is open. Just wondering what others are doing, or what is original.
Pictures woud be great. Thanks,

Joe, here is a pic from a 1960 airflyte that I took for my reference (thank you distant75). The hardware (left to right in the pic) is 1. attached to the door frame, 2. attached to the exterior side of the screen door (this set up is identical to my 1962), and 3. a clip that secures the screen door to the exterior door via a pin. I will send out two more replies with two more pictures hope these help Best, Paige Attachments:

Sorry to hear that. I personally don't have to worry about breaking what I don't yet possess.

I have the similar style roller catch to keep the door closed but don't have anything to keep the door in the open position.
One trick it to open your main door and latch that to the side of the trailer. Open your screen door and if the slider is open you can slide it behind the inside handle of the L-66. The handle holds the slider and keeps the door from blowing around in the breeze. So simple but it works.
Of course this only works with the stock aluminum screen door.

Brian since I don't have the pin either, the screen door trick works like a charm
