Looks like a early-mid '80s. They made one called the M-13, but I couldn't find a picture. Is this the typical Scotty set up with the little table in the front, kitchen on the side, and bed in the back? It also looks like it could be the same set up as a Compact, with a front kitchen, table ad benches in the back with a bunk, and maybe a potty room where the Compact's closet is. I don't like the colors, but they are pretty typical '80s colors. Skin looks decent. Could be a good deal.

I can't find that out so far. Yup, that's pretty much the layout of the old Compacts. They had a big closet. We turned ours into a potty room with shower.
