Just bought a 1961 Shasta Compact last week. What's there seems to be in decent shape but it's missing a lot. I am looking for a magazine rack, wings, a couple of the window louvers on the right rear side, cushions, bumper, etc. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Well, now, that makes all the difference. The early 16SC model would have taken the 42" wings, unless it was the SC/S model with the rearward entry door, then it would have 27" wings. I believe, and I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong, the early Compact had 36" wings. (See what I mean?) Anyway, my personal suggestion with regards to wings is to try here:
By window louvers, I assume you mean the glass panels that go in the jalousie windows. I have the same problem but have been assured that these are not so uncommon that they can't be replaced by a local hardware store or glass shop. Also there are parts like seals and the like available at: www.vintagetrailersupply.com/
There are probably a few good options for finding a bumper. I think that year may have had the C-shaped channel and that may be pretty easy to find, either someone parting a trailer to make a flatbed, or through a junkyard...possibly have it made in a local metal fabrication shop, since there is not anything really magical about it.
Photos of your interior setup and an idea of how you are trying to finish it will bring a lot more good suggestions for cushions than I may be able to give you. There have been a lot of great makeover ideas, and there are plenty better decorators on here than I am...
