My parents live not too far from there, they are going to check it out.
Unfortunately they are not technically savvy, and their phones are ancient so they can't send me better pics.

I doubt that it's a Shasta, but it does say what it is over the front window, too bad their pictures are so small!

Looks more like the Santa Fe Trailers logo?

Pretty sure the front panel has been replaced, just a heads up.

Blowing up the photo didn't really help make the logo more identifiable but, with everything all remodeled, it is hard to tell it isn't some custom item. It does resemble this, however...

Could be but the front window is a push-out, and Shasta stopped using those by the time the model 20 rolled around, the other thing I see is the lower front looks like it has sharper bends in the ad, the on on C/L looks like it has more of graceful curve. I still think the key to identify it is in the logo above the window.

Model Twenty interior, notice the furnace and refrig positioning, and the drawers toward the rear bottom of the cabinet. If this one isn't a Twenty, it is a pretty neat knock-off of the layout, and we all know that no two brands were ever made alike... I can't wait to find out what that emblem turns out to be though! Love a good mystery.

You just proved that it's not a Shasta model 20, the picture with the stove, shows cabinets above the dinette, now look at the street side in the c/l ad, there is a bunk window!

I noticed that bunk window. I can't say I have ever seen one that close to a marker light on any model before. Makes me wonder if it is a copycat brand, or if that window was part of the remodel. Notice the remodeled dinette has a storage cabinet behind the seatback on the streetside seat.
I also believe you are right about the curve of the front, but that could be a difference in the year it was made. I'm leaning toward "not", but waiting for more-better photos.

I guess it could be a 20, there is on picture looking from the kitchen towards the dinette, all the cabinets are the same and there is no bunk. I have no idea what that window is for.

It's a 1964 Shasta Model Twenty.
He came down on price.
My parents say I should pass, a lot of dry rot.

Oh. And that's a Harley-Davidson sticker in the front over the window.

Upper bunks were some times upgrades or options. One of my Supers has uppers front and back with windows, one only has a rear bunk.
I didn't know any Shasta ever had a suicide door. But the ad shows it very clearly and this trailer has it.
