My mom wanted a little guy, so I got her one! 11.5 foot, I think it's a 61. Pretty decent condition, actually. Very very minimal water damage. It's been stained a dark color, and is missing the "kitchen" which is fine, she'll want to paint it and decorate, and it's already been messed with. Tows great, although she's actually too light.. Any good ways to weight it down a little more? It's been stored indoors for sure!! More updates as I attempt to fix this one up a bit for her and work on my Shasta and my vintage house and garden all at the same time!! (Thank goodness I have attention deficit disorder- I spend an hour on one restore, hop over to a different one, and get part way done on each!! Haha!!) Any suggestions, input, snarky comments, and especially "grumpy old fart" information is welcome and appreciated!! s1155.photobucket.com/albums/p560/Miss_Hauswife/?action=view¤t=20336797-A5C6-4141-A0A8-F4DC2019B001-2636-0000016A1C9C7099_zps41b06729.jpg&evt=user_media_share

Ok cool. Yeah it's really cute! and so light. It doesn't have a jack, so we had to pick it up off the hitch and put it on a jack stand. We lost footing a little and dropped it (thankfully in our dirt backyard!) and my husband and I were able to pick it right back up! Mind you, I'm a whopping 105, and between two of us it was like picking up a couple cases of beer!
My mom is in Az, but I'm registering it here to me so we can keep the original black ca plates!

Don't forget that it qualifies for PTI and you can keep the yellow on black ca plate. And when the person at the dmv says no tell them to look it up. You need to just fill out a statement of facts and on it you say you want to keep the plate for nostalgic and monetary and historical reasons. So instead of giving you a PTI plate they just give you a sticker for your present plate. But you have to tell these people this stuff because they only get two weeks of training before they are cut loose on the public. They have to learn everything as it is thrown at them on the job. Only the really, really old DMV employees know these things and they are like ready to retire in a few weeks.
