We Are Just Getting Started On FIxing Up The Camper After Leaving It Sit Under A Tree For Three Years. Purchased For $400...Rotted Wall Repair A Must! Main Questions: Do I Really Need To Worry About Getting THe Brakes Checked? ....And, Can Anyone Tell Me The Color Scheme On The Tow Plug Wires? Po Cut Them Off An OlD Plug And Never Replaced The Plug. I Would Like To Add One, But Have No Idea Which Wire Goes To What Or Even If AnythIng Works. Thanks Much For Any Help!!!,

Schweet is correct; that's the 7 way color code. Most Shastas followed the code for tow wiring:
Red is Left Turn, Brown is Right Turn and Green is Tails and Markers.
The trailer brake wiring is often black and white (white being ground) or red and white. The hot brake always connects to the blue 7 way wire.
And yes, I would get the brakes checked before you tow too far. It's important to STOP.
