did it fall over on it's curb side? That has got to be the worst skin I've ever seen.

Seems like I have seen this compact for sale before, either on VSTF or TCT.

Its worth whatever someone is willing to pay. I personally wouldn`t pay anywhere close to the asking price on this one, but everyone is different. I couldn`t live with the condition of the skin so I would have to consider the cost of new skin and the cost of having to get it installed or the time it would take to do it myself. Someone else may not mind that the skin is a mess. I`d have to lift all the skin and check/fix all the framing which takes months (working weekends) someone else may not care how rotten the framing may be. Even if this trailer shows no sign of leaking, it is still 50 year old putty tape in the windows and seams. Unless someone has restored this trailer, movement is going to cause the dried out putty to start falling out and shifting which will cause leaking. So I would want to remove all the windows and open all the seams and remove old putty tape and replace with new. Knowing what I`ve learned from the folks here on the forum, should I be new to vintage trailers and looking for my first trailer, my question would be "what does this trailer need?" then I`d decide what it would be worth paying.

Good advise! Thanks for sharing your thoughts. It's hard finding good Shasta's here in the deep south......

That skin is strange. You can see every wall stud under the skin on both side, like something was pressing in from all 4 sides or people always leaning on it. To me it looks like it could have had not just heavy snow load on roof but was under a drift of snow totally covering it. What else could push in the skin around all the wall sticks like that? Wind Ripples??!! HA!
