I know I asked this question before but is this vent cover over the vent original or homemade? Anyone ever seen anything like it before? Attachments:

Gotta be homemade, maybe to keep the draft out. Is that the fridge vent? Maybe they used it to keep the cold out in winter, but still allow airflow in summer.
I swear though, there are a bazillion vent combinations, sizes, shapes, locking doors etcetera, and then there are the fake vents covering holes, damage etc.

Looks like a fabricated door to replace the original gas refrigerator access door.
My trailer has the same configuration with a fixed 6x22 vent above the access door.
