Finally was able to get out camping in "Cele-Joe" this weekend. My new awning by "Marti" fit perfectly. She does outstanding work. There is a Cabela's in my town so I was able to get the poles out there. Actually, I found them in the "bargain cave". Paid $9.00 for each pole and then got these anchors that screw into the ground and have built-in tighteners on the ropes for $6. YIPPEE! Attachments:

Glad you got the photo right so I could see how nice it looks. What size awning did you get? I have a compact too and aren't sure what size i'd want...

Here is a photo of my new awning at night. I attached LED lights to the actual awning, so they stay on and when the awning goes up, the lights are up too. Marti did a fantastic job on the awning for me. This was one of the few items for my trailer that I was willing to spend some ching on. It really wasn't that much money and I just love it. Mine is 9x7feet. It really provides some shade if we are in a sunny spot and protects the door from rain and sun. Happy, happy, happy! PS: Thanks 61shastacompact for rotating my 1st photo. Hopefully, this one will work fine. Attachments:
