My Rosebud is a 1959 Airflyte, and she didn't come with a step.
If anyone is parting out a vintage trailer and no longer wants their step - please let me know! I'd love to get one for Rosebud.
Thanks!

steps are hard to find for a couple of reasons, not all Shasta's had them, and on the ones that do the top bracket was usually welded on I believe, so usually all you find for sale is the step itself, but still need a bracket. Vintage Trailer supply sells a nice one. www.vintagetrailersupply.com/Folding_Step_5_25_Drop_p/vts-693.htm

@ Universal... Did you ever try this setup with cutting the rod out? How did it work out if you did?

I have my heart set on one of the steps with the "Shasta" on it, if I put in a step at all. If one is out there... maybe it will come my way.
