Okay, I'm pretty happy with this install. I made a custom door with Ash ply to match the existing and mounted the refer door on the new door. I went back and forth on whether to partially recess the door so it would look more like the other doors, but decided I did want it look a little more substantial. This refer is a new Sanyo dorm fridge. It is a 120AC only. I figure if I'm boondocking, or don't have hookups otherwise, I can just put a block of ice and use it like the orginal icebox

Wow! I'm so impressed! You'd never know a fridge was even there till you open it. That is so cool! You did a fantastic job.

Bravo! Well done.
Please post the fridge p/n.
How close to the original opening size was this fridge? Any modifcations required? Did the fridge fit through the trailer door?

I gotta say that this is one of the best installations I have seen. Looks great.
How did you connect the fridge door with the panel? Adhesive or hardware?
Again it looks amazing. Brian

Glad people like the install. I'll try and do a simple write up when I have some time. My maiden voyage is in 3 weeks so I'm scrambling pretty hard to get as much as done as possible before then.

Great look of the fridge. How did you apply wood door to fridge door? Did you put a vent in the cabinet so fridge could breath..

Looks great! Also interested in how close are the dimensions of the frig to the ice box, brand, did you vent it to the outside and how did it fit through the door?

Looks great! Was it tricky to get a tight seal?

Do you still have the old icebox?
