What a fun time we had. Just headed up to a local KOA. Lots to do for the kids. Not really my favorite place as it's just so crowded and camp sites are too close together in my opinion but it was fun none the less. It was very comfy to sleep in. We had 1 adult/1 child on the back bed, 1 teen on the overhead bunk and me and the baby on the dinette bed. Here is Daisy in her camp site. Pookie checking out the interior. I think he loves that he has room to actually walk around inside this one. I couldn't ask for a better little camper. We were camped "lake side" so this was our view. And no, no laundry was harmed by the fire. Since we were parked near the main camp road we had a ton of people stop and ask about the Shasta. One guy asked if it was a reproduction LOL! He couldn't believe it was in this shape for a 64. Lots of other people ohhh and awwing over it. One couple I think Daisy single handedly converted to future "Vintage trailer owners" as they were quite enamored with her charm.

OOOH I'm green with envy!! Can't wait to take mine out for the first time. Yours is just so darn cute, I'm not surprised everyone was checking it out! You seriously need to join Sisters on the Fly (if you aren't already a member).

kel1,
I am so glad you were able to going camping, that you figured out the dinette bed situation. It looks like Pookie loves the new camper. Great photos. Daisy just shines. She's a beauty. Thanks for sharing with us.
