THE BEARS ARE AWAKE!!! I still have a few patches of snow in my yard, there is mud everywhere, the Shasta camper is still tucked away in my new carport...but the bears are now awake!!!
My daughter told me no one was allowed outside in the parking lot at the high school beacuse there was a brown bear in the parking lot.
I heard on the radio that at an elementary school was having only indoor recess because there was a bear with a moose kill in their parking lot.
It's time to live life a little different again: put up the bird seed, no feeding the dog on the porch, and I can't keep my ham stuffed in the snowbank anymore.
We are NOT at the top of the food chain anymore...we are in it!
