Gosh, trying to make reservations right now for Memorial Day weekend is proving next to impossible. I have one campground that might be a possibility as they will open up the seasonal sites in about 2 weeks to those interested in camping over Memorial Day if they don't sell those before that. So crossing my fingers that I get a call.
*sigh* I so want to go camping! Next year I'll make reservations way early!

we just made our reservations for Father's Day weekend. Hoping our little Shasta is ready to go by then!!

It's funny, DH and I both brought campers home the same day! His is an '02 5th wheel to mainly be used for him to stay in near work, as he commutes and gas is getting higher and higher. Well, near the RV grounds where he's going to put it is a lake with nice campgrounds. We're planning to take it for Memorial Day weekend if he can finish the little bit of work he has to do on it. The people we bought it from told us when the people come and go and the best time to catch a non-reservable site. My hopes are so high and he's beside himself that he'll not be finished and let us down.
