What is the best way to get out rusted stubborn screws? Seems that I can get 25 out in a few mintues then a rusted one can take a half hour to get out.

What kind of screws are they? I spray the difficult ones with Break Free, Liquid Wrench or some other stuff and let them sit for a while. If the head is rusted or wallowed out, I use a dremel tool with a small cutting wheel to improve the slot so that what ever kind of screw it started out as, it ends up as a flat blade. The heat of grinding on the screw head helps loosed it up too. If it's too far gone, I'll grind the whole !@#&/> head off.

If the heads are big enough to keep from marring the skin, I found that using a small pair of vice grips was helpful.

Also, getting the bit seated well in the head and tapping with a hammer sometimes helps. The screws can be almost glued to the aluminum from age and deterioration.
Recommend changing the clutch heads out for something more user friendly... good luck!

I used a grinder with a cutoff wheel to notch them, then used a flat head screw driver to get them out...worked like charm
