I'm so tickled! It's the next best thing to A/C. Though I haven't tested it out in sweltering weather yet but hoping it will take the edge off a little.
This was installed in the Astroflyte. You all might remember I mentioned the corner of my vent leaking. The restoration shop found that the leak wasn't actually coming from the vent itself but a spot on the roof seam. So that was repaired also.
They installed the inverter too. I could of went with a battery but so glad I opted for the inverter. It just made more sense. It's installed in the upper kitchen cupboard. It makes for very tight clearance when opening the cupboard door but it clears fine.
Who'd a thought I'd be so tickled about a fan
Now I'm thinking I really want one installed in the Compact too. Maybe next summer for that one.
Oh and I can plug in my cell phone to the cigarette lighter type plug in on the inverter to charge it.
Hey, is that what the original wood looked like throughout my Astroflyte?? If so, I would of liked that. I like that it's the lighter color. *sigh* It looks like someone started to paint the insides of the cupboards and decided it was too much work? Weird. I didn't really take notice till I saw this picture LOL!
