They seem to have sold a lot of these and at 6500 BTU/HR it should do the trick.What do you think?

well I love the concept, and the size 6500 BTU should be sufficient for a smaller camper specially if it has been insulated,

but I have never seen one before or heard of them.
I assume the cool air comes out of pipe on top.

if it's a dehumidifier, it must have a small catch can for the water somewhere, you would have to remember to dump that often.

Sounds like it has that Universal. I've never heard of these either but looks interesting.

One reviewer placed the unit outside of a trailer and ran a duct hose for the cold air. Good idea.

Placing the spot cooler inside of a trailer would have little overall cooling due to the heat put out by the compressor. You would have cold air out the pipe with hot air out the back of the unit.
