I have read most of the threads in the exterior section of the forum, but I did'nt find details about how ALL skin is attached, with pictures. Any Help would be appreciated.

If you can be more specific about what you're trying to learn that would help. The owner restoration section is probably the best area to look for pictures. I think (I know it was the case for me....that when you are doing this part it's hard to remember to take pictures because it takes as many hands as you have at the time.
The sides are just attached with screws, the top and bottom section fit togehter via the pittsburgh seam... The top piece edge is nailed to the frame before the bottom is attached. The windows also hold the skin on to the frame. If you are trying to figure out the top this is a special seam and it really I think just lays up on top. The back and front are attached similarly as the sides with their returns lapping over the side skin. Hopefully that helps.

I use 1/2" staples and an air gun on the edges. Stainless nail work well too.

On the sides, where exactly do screws attach to the frame. I understand how the top of the sheet and the bootom on the sheet could cover the screws, but what about the middle of the sheet? Do the screws show? it doesn't seem to show in the pictures. I don't currently have a shasta to look my self. Still looking for one to restore.

Yes screws show but when painted they disappear into the field. But there aren't a ton of them needed because the gazillion screws in the windows hold most of it in place. Plus you want it to be able to expand/contract with temperature changes.
