Regarding Interstate Metals in Oregon:
Recently, there have been many complaints about Interstate Metals. Wrong patterns, lacking ordered seams, dented upon arrival, not to mention poor customer service and no real solution to the problems. With dents, they require the buyer to file a claim with the shipping company....
I am very disappointed in these bad reports. Being in the Pacific Northwest, Interstate is our source of metal. The local RV shop has complaints on every shipment. Even buying in person at their shop has risks. We picked up the wrong specially order panel after driving 300 miles. Of course the packaging prevented inspection. Not again.
Be very aware if ordering from this company and check the shipment when it arrives. Do not accept without looking first! Just a heads up.
