I had to make new wings out of plywood, then I sealed them with System 3 two part epoxy. The PO had painted the aluminum skins red but hadn't sanded or prepared them for paint so they looked a little rough. After stripping the paint I polished them with my Dad's Airstream Cyclo. The outer frames were pretty beat up so I thought why not paint them. After a little high gloss enamel, Ta-Da! ;D ;D ;D   |

Gorgeous!! (Although the beautiful child shows them up!  ) I've always thought the wings look better jazzed up a bit. |

Yup, the wings are nice! Gotta say though that the kid and the pooch, make the pics. Awww! she looks sooooo proud.
