From our '62 16 SC:
Measured outside window from outside aluminum flanges: 78 1/2 x 19 1/2 (give or take 1/4 inch)

Thanks. I appreciate it! I just bought a rock guard off ebay that is 75 inches wide x 25, I may have flubbed up, I sure thought it would fit. it came off a 60's shasta. it might work, looking at a pic of my camper there is about 2 inches of aluminum on each side of the window, which would put the glass at about 74 inches.

Been thinking about this all day today. I think you are going to come out alright. If there isn't enough framing around the outside edges, you may be able to custom build an edge or a seal on the guard itself, to make it "reach". I can't wait to see how it does work out.

Thats a nice looking rock guard! I think its gonna work. But like chris says you can easily add a trim to the guard to make it a bit bigger. Hope your enjoying tdy!
